2型糖尿病治疗中利拉鲁肽与西格列汀的运用研究

摘　　要：目的分析利拉鲁肽与西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取2023年8月—2024年8月临沂市临沭县中医医院收治的98例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为调查组和一般组,各49例。调查组行利拉鲁肽治疗,一般组行西格列汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖指标、胰岛功能及血管内皮功能。结果调查组治疗总有效率高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,调查组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。用药后,调查组胰岛β细胞功能指数高于一般组,胰岛素抵抗指数低于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。用药后,调查组一氧化氮水平高于一般组,内皮素水平低于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论与西格列汀相比,利拉鲁肽有着更好的血糖调节效果,可改善2型糖尿病患者的血管内皮功能,恢复胰岛功能,治疗有效率较高。Objective To analyze the effect of liraglutide and sitagliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Linshu County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into investigation group and general group,with 49 cases in each group.The investigation group was treated with liraglutide,and the general group was treated with sitagliptin.The clinical efficacy,blood glu-cose indexes,islet function and vascular endothelial function were compared between the two groups.Results The to-tal effective rate of treatment in the investigation group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the investigation group were lower than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the isletβcell function index of the investiga-tion group was higher than that of the general group,and the insulin resistance index was lower than that of the gen-eral group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the level of nitric oxide in the investigation group was higher than that in the general group,and the level of endothelin was lower than that in the general group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with sitagliptin,lira-glutide has better blood glucose regulation effect,can improve the vascular endothelial function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,restore islet function,and has higher treatment efficiency.
