摘 要:目的分析2型糖尿病患者实施常规治疗联合麦味地黄汤加减治疗的效果。方法选取2023年8月—2024年8月闽侯县总医院鸿尾分院收治的78例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为两组,各39例。对照组进行常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上进行麦味地黄汤加减治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、血糖水平、胰岛功能、证候积分。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率、胰岛β细胞功能指数均高于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论常规治疗联合麦味地黄汤加减治疗可降低2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,改善其胰岛功能和临床症状。Objective To analyze the effect of conventional treatment combined with modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoc-tion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 78 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Hongwei Branch of Minhou County General Hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with modified Maiwei Dihuang De-coction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,islet function and syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment and isletβcell index of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting insulin and syndrome scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction can reduce the blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and improve their islet function and clinical symptoms.
