银杏叶提取物联合二甲双胍、阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者采取银杏叶提取物联合二甲双胍、阿卡波糖治疗的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月中国人民武装警察部队吉林省总队医院收治的194例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组、观察组,各97例。对照组进行银杏叶提取物联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组进行银杏叶提取物联合二甲双胍、阿卡波糖治疗,比较两组血糖水平、认知神经功能及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、认知功能评分、神经功能评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物联合二甲双胍、阿卡波糖治疗可有效降低2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的血糖水平,改善其认知和神经功能。Objective To analyze the effect of ginkgo biloba extract combined with metformin and acarbose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 194 patients with type 2 diabe-tes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction admitted Jilin General Hospital of the People's Armed Police Force from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 97 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract combined with metformin,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract combined with metformin and acarbose.The blood glucose level,cognitive nerve function and incidence of adverse re-actions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,cognitive function score and neurological function score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract combined with metformin and acarbose can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction and improve their cognitive and neurological functions.
