麝香保心丸对糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者PCI术后的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析麝香保心丸对糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后的疗效。方法选取2023年1—12月滨州市中心医院治疗的108例糖尿病合并冠心病患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,每组54例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用麝香保心丸治疗。比较两组心功能改善情况、并发症发生率、血管内皮功能、血糖控制情况、不良反应发生率。结果术后1个月、3个月、6个月,研究组左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径、左心房内径均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率、术后6个月内皮依赖性血管舒张功能、循环内皮细胞数量、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麝香保心丸可有效改善糖尿病合并冠心病患者PCI术后的心功能和血管内皮功能,降低并发症发生率和血糖水平,安全性良好。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on patients with diabetes mellitus compli-cated with coronary arteriosclerotic heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 108 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease treated in Binzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill on the basis of the control group.The improve-ment of cardiac function,incidence of complications,vascular endothelial function,blood glucose control and inci-dence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation,the left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left atrial diameter in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications,endothelium-dependent vasodilation function,number of circulating endothelial cells,fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c levels in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill can effectively improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease after PCI,reduce the incidence of complications and blood glucose level,and has good safety.
