维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果及对胰岛素敏感性的影响

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)应用维格列汀联合二甲双胍的治疗效果和对胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月于潍坊市市直机关医院治疗的T2DM患者70例,根据治疗方法的不同进行分组,两组各35例。对照组进行二甲双胍治疗,观察组进行维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、血糖指标、胰岛素敏感性指标。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、胰岛素敏感性指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数均高于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,可控制T2DM患者的血糖水平,提高其胰岛素敏感性。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of vildagliptin combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its effect on insulin sensitivity.Methods From January to December 2023,70 patients with T2DM admitted to Weifang Municipal Government Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to differ-ent treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,35 cases in two group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with vildagliptin combined with metformin.The total effective rate,blood glucose index and insulin sensitivity index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,homeostasis model assessment-insulin sensitivity index and homeostatic model assessment of isletβcell function index of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,and the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c were lower than those of the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vildagliptin com-bined with metformin can control the blood glucose level of T2DM patients and improve their insulin sensitivity.
