小儿糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗小儿糖尿病的疗效。方法选择2023年1—12月莱阳市中医医院收治的100例糖尿病患儿,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各50例,对照组采用常规胰岛素治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗,比较两组血糖控制效果、血脂水平以及生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组身体健康、情感功能和社交功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论小儿糖尿病采用二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗,可有效控制患儿血糖、血脂水平,提高其生活质量。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of metformin combined with insulin in the treatment of pediatric diabe-tes.Methods A total of 100 diabetic children admitted to Laiyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional insulin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with insulin.The blood glucose control effect,blood lipid levels and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting plasma glucose and 2-hourpostprandial plasma glucose in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol level was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the physical health,emotional function and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of metformin combined with insulin in children with diabetes can effectively control the blood glucose and blood lipid levels and improve their quality of life.
