阿仑膦酸钠、碳酸钙胶囊及二甲双胍联合治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阿仑膦酸钠、碳酸钙胶囊及二甲双胍联合治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症(diabetic osteoporosis,DOP)患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年4月淄博市淄川区医院收治的50例DOP患者,按照不同的治疗方法分为两组,每组25例。常规组采用碳酸钙胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗,探究组在常规组基础上接受阿仑膦酸钠治疗。比较两组骨密度水平、骨代谢水平以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗1、3、6个月后,两组骨密度水平均较治疗前提高,且探究组高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,探究组N端中段骨钙素、I型原胶原羟基端延长肽、骨γ-羟基谷氨酸蛋白水平优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组不良反应发生率略高于常规组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于仅使用碳酸钙胶囊与二甲双胍,阿仑膦酸钠、碳酸钙胶囊及二甲双胍联合治疗DOP患者能更有效地提升其骨密度,改善骨代谢状况,且未明显增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of alendronate sodium,calcium carbonate capsule and metformin in the combined treatment of diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)patients.Methods A total of 50 DOP patients admitted to Zi⁃chuan District Hospital of Zibo City from January 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups ac⁃cording to different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with calcium carbonate capsules combined with metformin,and the exploration group was additionally treated with alendronate so⁃dium on the basis of conventional group.The bone mineral density level,bone metabolism level and incidence of ad⁃verse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1month,3 months,and 6 months of treatment,the bone mineral density levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the exploration group was higher than the conventional group,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of N-terminal middle osteocalcin,type I procollagen hydroxyterminal extension peptide and boneγ-hydroxyglu⁃tamic acid protein in the exploration group were better than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the exploration group was slightly higher than that in the conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with calcium carbonate capsules and metformin alone,the combination of alendronate sodium,calcium carbonate cap⁃sule and metformin in the treatment of DOP patients was more effective in improving bone mineral density and bone metabolism status,and did not significantly increase the adverse reactions.
