二冬养阴方穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩在糖尿病患者中医护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析二冬养阴方穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩在糖尿病患者中医护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月扬州市江都中医院脑病科收治的86例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为两组,各43例。观察组采取二冬养阴方穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩及中医护理,对照组采取常规护理。对比两组血糖水平、心理状态、护理满意度。结果干预前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者中医护理中,采取二冬养阴方穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩能够更好地控制血糖,调节患者的情绪状态。Objective To analyze the application effect of Erdong Yangyin Prescription acupoint application combined with acupoint massage in traditional Chinese medicine nursing of diabetic patients.Methods From January to Decem-ber 2023,a total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy,Jiangdu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Yangzhou City were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Erdong Yangyin Prescription acupoint application combined with acupoint massage and traditional Chinese medi-cine nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The blood glucose level,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistically sig-nificant differences in the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,Hamilton Anxiety Scale score and Hamilton Depression Scale score between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,Hamilton Anxiety Scale score and Hamilton Depression Scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the traditional Chinese medicine nursing of diabetic patients,the acupoint application of Erdong Yan-gyin Prescription combined with acupoint massage can better control blood glucose and regulate the emotional state of patients.
