摘　　要：目的探讨基于专科指标管理对2型糖尿病患者低血糖发生率的降低作用。方法选取2024年1—5月盐城市大丰人民医院收治的115例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以护理方法的不同分为对照组(57例,予以常规护理)、观察组(58例,予以基于专科指标管理的模式)。比较两组患者护理依从性、生活质量以及低血糖发生情况。结果观察组护理依从性评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组健康调查简表评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于专科指标管理模式可以提高2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性,避免发生低血糖,保证患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of specialist index management on reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 115 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Yancheng City Dafeng People's Hospital from January to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(57 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(58 cases,model based on specialist index management).The nursing compliance,quality of life and incidence of hy-poglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nurs-ing,the scores of MOS Item Short form Health Survey of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The model based on specialist index management can improve the treatment compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,avoid hypoglycemia,and ensure the quality of life of patients.
