摘　　要：目的探究5G医疗急救系统应用于糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)患者急救护理中的应用价值。方法选取2022年6月—2024年6月福建省漳州市急救中心收治的60例DKA患者,按照不同的护理方法分为对照组(实施常规急救护理)、研究组(实施常规急救护理基础上加入5G医疗急救系统),各30例。比较两组血糖水平、急救护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果护理后,研究组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组急救护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DKA患者在急救护理中选取5G医疗急救系统,可提升控糖效果、急救护理满意度,降低并发症发生风险。Objective To explore the application value of 5G medical emergency system in emergency nursing of pa-tients with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods A total of 60 DKA patients admitted to Zhangzhou Emergency Cen-ter of Fujian Province from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group(routine emergency nursing)and study group(5G medical emergency system on the basis of routine emergency nursing)according to differ-ent nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.The blood glucose level,emergency nursing satisfaction and compli-cation rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of emergency nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The selection of 5G medical emergency system in emer-gency nursing for DKA patients can improve the effect of glucose control,satisfaction of emergency nursing and reduce the risk of complications.
