系统知识宣教与康复锻炼对老年脑梗死合并糖尿病患者肢体功能恢复情况的影响

摘　　要：目的分析系统知识宣教与康复锻炼对老年脑梗死合并糖尿病患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法选取2023年6月—2024年5月麻城市人民医院收治的74例老年脑梗死合并糖尿病患者为研究对象。根据不同的护理方法分为两组,每组37例。常规组实施传统护理干预,研究组在常规组基础上实施系统知识宣教与康复锻炼干预,比较两组护理满意度、语言功能和肢体功能评分、血糖水平、健康自我管理能力评分、并发症发生率。结果干预后,研究组护理满意度、语言功能和肢体功能评分、健康自我管理能力评分均高于常规组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、并发症发生率均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论系统知识宣教与康复锻炼可改善老年脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的语言与肢体功能,可增强健康意识,降低血糖水平,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of systematic knowledge education and rehabilitation exercise on the re-covery of limb function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 74 el-derly patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus admitted to Macheng People's Hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,37 cases in each group.The routine group was given traditional nursing intervention,and the study group was given systematic knowledge education and rehabilitation exercise intervention on the basis of the routine group.The nursing satisfaction,language function and limb function scores,blood glucose levels,health self-management ability scores and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the nursing satisfac-tion,language ability and limb function scores and health self-management ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,and the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and complica-tion rate were lower than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic knowledge education and rehabilitation exercise can improve the language and limb function of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus,which can enhance their health awareness,reduce their blood glucose levels,and have higher safety.
