摘　　要：目的探索糖尿病患者实施手术室细节化护理的临床意义。方法选择2022年6月—2024年6月厦门医学院附属第二医院接收的100例糖尿病患者,均在此期间进行手术,按护理方法不同分为对照组(n=50,实施常规手术室护理)和观察组(n=50,实施手术室细节化护理)。比较两组负面情绪、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者在手术过程中采取手术室细节化护理措施,可缓解其负面情绪,降低术后切口感染等并发症发生率,并提高患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical significance of detailed nursing in operating room for patients with diabe-tes.Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,100 patients with diabetes received in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College were selected and operated during this period.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=50,routine operating room nursing)and observation group(n=50,detailed operat-ing room nursing).Negative emotions,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of complica-tions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking detailed nursing measures in the operating room during the operation of diabetes patients can alleviate their negative emotions,reduce the incidence of postoperative incision infection and other complications,and improve patients´satisfaction with nursing.
