α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨甲钴胺与α-硫辛酸联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月—2023年5月于明溪县总医院治疗的210例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按照治疗方案的不同分为两组。对照组(n=105)单独使用甲钴胺治疗,观察组(n=105)使用甲钴胺联合α-硫辛酸治疗,比较两组患者的症状评分、神经功能传导速度、临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者的症状(麻木、感觉异常、灼热感、疼痛)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组腓神经、胫神经的感觉神经和运动神经传导速度均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率[95.24%(100/105)]高于对照组[82.86%(87/105)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.252,P<0.05)。结论采用甲钴胺、α-硫辛酸联合治疗能够缓解糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,显著提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of mecobalamin combined withα-lipoic acid in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 210 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were treated at Mingxi General Hospital from March 2017 to May 2023 were selected.According to different treat⁃ment options,they were divided into two groups.The control group(n=105)was treated with mecobalamin alone,and the observation group(n=105)was treated with mecobalamin combined withα-lipoic acid.The symptom scores,nerve function conduction velocity and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of symptoms(numbness,paresthesia,burning sensation and pain)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the conduction velocity of sensory nerve and motor nerve of peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in the obser⁃vation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treat⁃ment in the observation group[95.24%(100/105)]was higher than that in the control group[82.86%(87/105)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.252,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of mecobalamin andα-lipoic acid can alleviate the clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients and significantly im⁃prove the therapeutic effect.
