摘 要:在全球气候变暖叠加能源危机的时代背景下,低碳经济与绿色发展成为国际共识,各国争相转变经济发展方式、大力发展绿色经济,竞相在新一轮产业技术革命和能源革命浪潮中抢占未来科技和产业竞争制高点。中国亦提出要从全球战略的高度加快推进生态文明建设,把绿色发展转化为新的综合国力和国际竞争优势。产业竞争力的培养离不开技术创新,本文使用企业层面的专利数据以及产品出口数据,实证考察了企业的绿色技术创新对其绿色产品出口的影响,并基于本地知识溢出与学习效应构建工具变量,采用工具变量法缓解潜在的内生性问题。研究结果表明:(1)企业绿色技术创新提高了企业的非价格竞争力,促进了绿色产品出口;(2)在二元边际的分析中,研究发现企业绿色产品出口增长源于新产品的开发以及新市场的开拓等扩展边际方面;(3)进一步研究发现,提升企业全要素生产率以及提高出口技术复杂度是企业绿色技术创新促进绿色产品出口的重要机制。本文的研究凸显了技术培育与研发创新对构建绿色发展国际竞争新优势、提升绿色经济国际竞争力的重要意义。In the context of global climate change and the energy crisis,low-carbon economy and green development have become international consensus.Countries are competing to transform their economic development models,vigorously develop the green economy,and vie for the future technological and industrial competitive high ground in the new wave of industrial and energy revolutions.China has also proposed accelerating the construction of an ecological civilization from a global strategic perspective,turning green development into new comprehensive national strength and international competitive advantages.The cultivation of industrial competitiveness is inseparable from technological innovation.Using firm-level patent data and product export data,this paper empirically examines the impact of green technological innovation on firms'green product exports.The study constructs instrumental variables based on local knowledge spillovers and learning effects,and employs instrumental variable methods to address potential endogeneity issues.The findings are as follows:1)green technological innovation improves firms'non-price competitiveness and promotes green product exports;2)within the analysis of binary margins,the study finds that the growth of green product exports is attributed to the development of new products and the exploration of new markets;and 3)further research reveals that enhancing firms'total factor productivity and increasing export technological complexity are important mechanisms through which green technological innovation promotes green product exports.This study highlights the significant role of technological cultivation and research and development innovation in building new competitive advantages for green development and improving the international competitiveness of the green economy.
