技术异质性下中国农业水资源绿色全要素生产率的区域差异与动态演进

摘　　要：提高农业水资源绿色全要素生产率是缓解水资源短缺,保障国家粮食安全的重要举措。在构建Meta-frontier Non-radial Malmquist-Luenberger(MNML)指数的基础上,基于技术异质性视角,综合运用Dagum基尼系数、Kernel密度估计方法及马尔科夫链模型对2002-2022年中国各省份农业水资源绿色全要素生产率进行全方位评价和多角度分析。结果表明:1)共同前沿下和群组前沿下中国农业水资源绿色效率分别存在67.80%和54.05%的改进空间。2)技术进步是中国农业水资源绿色全要素生产率增长的主要驱动力,技术效率和技术差距比率则阻碍了中国农业水资源绿色全要素生产率增长。3)中国农业水资源绿色全要素生产率总体差异呈扩大趋势,且超变密度对总体差异的平均贡献率最大。4)随着时间的推移,中国农业水资源绿色全要素生产率逐渐打破了低值陷阱且存在跨状态迁跃现象。Improving agricultural water resources green total factor productivity(AWGTFP)is an important measure for alleviating the shortage of water resources and ensuring national food security.Based on the construction of Meta-frontier Non-radial Malmquist-Luenberger(MNML)index,this study employs Dagum Gini coefficient,Kernel density estimation method and Markov chain model to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the AWGTFP in China's provinces from 2002 to 2022 under technological heterogeneity.The results revealed the following key findings:1)There is potential for an improvement of 67.80%and 54.05%in China's agricultural water resources green efficiency(AWGE)under the meta-frontier and group-frontier,respectively.2)Technical progress emerges as the primary driver of China's AWGTFP,whereas technical efficiency and the technology gap ratio hinder its growth.3)The overall difference in China's AWGTFP shows a widening trend and the average contribution rate of super-variable density to the overall difference is the largest.4)Over time,China's AWGTFP has gradually broken the low value trap and exhibited a phenomenon of cross-state transition.
