摘 要:目的挖掘于世家教授气虚血瘀理论的内涵,总结并归纳气虚血瘀理论在消渴病兼证辨证论治方面的具体应用。方法通过跟师学习、收集整理病历资料及医籍论著,总结归纳于世家教授气虚血瘀论治消渴病兼证的学术思想和辨证论治经验。结果气虚血瘀是消渴病兼证的重要病理因素,其病机根本离不开气虚血瘀,应用补气活血法治疗消渴病兼证,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。结论于世家教授从气虚血瘀论治消渴病兼证的学术思想和临床经验值得学习和推广,并应用于临床实践中,拓宽临床诊疗思路。Objective To explore the theoretical connotation of the theory of Qi deficiency and blood stasis by Professor YU Shijia,summarize the specific application of the theory of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in the treatment of complicated syndrome of diabetes.Methods Based on clinical practice,medical records and books,Professor YU Shijia′s academic thoughts and experience according to syndrome differentiation in the treatment of complicated syndrome of diabetes with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were summarized.Results Qi deficiency and blood stasis are important pathological factors in the complicated syndrome of diabetes,and their pathogenesis cannot be separated from Qi deficiency and blood stasis.The application of invigorating Qi and activating blood therapy in the treatment of complicated syndrome of diabetes can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.Conclusion Professor YU Shijia′s academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating complicated syndrome of diabetes with Qi deficiency and blood stasis deserve to be learned,promoted and applied to clinical practice to broaden clinical diagnostic and treatment ideas.
