摘　　要：低蛋白血症是肾病综合征的治疗难点之一,严重影响疾病的预后及转归。现代医学目前对于低蛋白血症缺乏合理应对方案,而中医在此类患者的诊疗中每获良效。王琳从事肾病综合征治疗研究工作二十余年,传承陈以平名老中医学术精华,通过临床实践,总结得出肾病综合征低蛋白血症的病机关键为中焦枢机不利,阻滞三焦气化,酿生湿、瘀、热等损伤肾络,致使精微不固,倡导建中、清利、固下的治法策略,临床疗效确切。该文总结其从三焦论治肾病综合征低蛋白血症的学术思想,以期为临床治疗提供借鉴。文末附验案一则以证之。Hypoproteinemia is one of the difficulties in the treatment of nephrotic syndromes,which seriously affects the prognosis and outcome of the disease.Western medicine lacks a proper solution for hypoproteinemia so far,but traditional Chinese medicine has always achieved it better.WANG Lin has been engaged in nephrotic syndrome treatment research for more than 20 years.She inherits the academic essence of famous doctor CHEN Yiping and concluded that the key traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome hypoproteinemia is Zhongjiao Qi dysfunction,causing stagnation of vital energy in Sanjiao,and generating dampness,blood stasis,heat and other damage to the kidney collaterals,resulting in loss of cereal nutrient.The mainly therapeutic strategies include enhancing Zhongjiao,clearing and controlling,which have definite clinical effects.This article summarized WANG Lin′s academic thought of treating hypoproteinemia of nephrotic syndromes from Sanjiao,in order to provide reference for clinical application.At the end of this article,an empirical case was attached to prove it.
