摘　　要：介绍王振常教授治疗慢性肝病的临床经验,王教授认为肝体失养、肝阳失用为慢性肝病发生的基础,肝脾肾失调为关键因素,肝胆藏泻失司是重要成因。结合叶天士“治用、治体、治阳明”治肝三法,强调扶正,注重导邪,使邪有出路,善用经方治疗肝病,并创制了柔肝化纤颗粒、柔肝化纤解毒颗粒等验方治疗肝硬化、肝癌,取得满意疗效。This paper introduced professor WANG Zhenchang′s clinical experience in the treatment of chronic liver disease.Professor WANG Zhenchang believes that the basis of the occurrence of chronic liver disease is theloss of liver function and liver Yang deficiency,dysregulation of liver,spleen and kidney is a key factor,and the loss of controlling and dispersing function of liver and gallbladder is an important cause.Combined with YE Tianshi′s“three methods of treating liver diseases:treatment of function,treatment of body and treatment of Yangming”,he emphasizes on streng the ning vital Qi,paying attention to making a way out for evils and making good use of classical prescriptions to treat liver diseases.He has also created some prescriptions such as Rougan Huaxian Granule(柔肝化纤颗粒)and Rougan Huaxian Jiedu Granule(柔肝化纤解毒颗粒)to treat liver cirrhosis and liver cancer with satisfactory effect.
