摘　　要：王俊阁教授传承仲景学术体系,从事临床医疗和临床研究数十载,擅长古为今用辨治杂病,以法统方,效如桴鼓。该文介绍王俊阁教授应用经典名方千金解肌汤的经验及其理法解析。王俊阁教授用“经方三观”,即表里观、正邪观、津液观来诠释千金解肌汤,其理法是通过阴旦法则来补津液而解表邪,使里邪出表,阴病转阳,从理法上阐释了经方治愈疾病的过程。并通过两个病例来让读者体会如何以六经辨证分析病机,如理如法的去治疗太阳阳明合病。体会经方“一剂知,三剂止”的独特魅力。Professor WANG Junge inherits the Zhongjing′s academic system and has been engaged in clinical medical treatment and clinical research for decades.He is good at differentiating and treating miscellaneous diseases by making the past serve the present.This paper introduced Professor WANG Junge′s experience in applying the classic prescription Qianjin Jieji Decoction(千金解肌汤)and its theoretical analysis.Professor WANG Junge interprets Qianjin Jieji Decoction with the“three values of classical prescription”,that is,the view of the exterior and the interior,the view of vital Qi and evils,and the view of body fluid.The rational method is to replenish the body fluid andrelievethe exterior through the principle of Yin Dan,so as to make the evil in the interior come out of the surface and turn Yin disease into Yang.From the theory and method,it explained the process of curing the disease,and through two cases to made readers understand how to analyze the pathogenesis according to the syndrome differentiation of the six meridians,such as to treat Taiyang diseases and Yangming diseases.The unique charm of“being effectiveafter one dose,being cured after three doses”can be experienced.
