摘　　要：“木郁达之”理论源自《黄帝内经》,“木郁”即肝郁,包括肝气郁、肝火郁、肝血郁、肝郁脾虚等证。“木郁达之”是指顺应木性,即肝的升发条达之性,具体治法有疏肝行气、清肝泻火、理气化瘀、疏肝健脾等法。艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)病理变化复杂多样,通过研究发现木郁贯穿了AIDS发生发展的全过程,与AIDS有着密切联系,如AIDS患者易形成“木郁”病机、“木郁”影响AIDS发病与否和疾病转归,提示医者在辨证论治时要不忘“木郁达之”来更好地指导AIDS的临床治疗。故文章从“木郁达之”的内涵、“木郁”与AIDS的相关性、“木郁达之”在AIDS辨治中的应用三个方面进行论述,总结和深化“木郁达之”在临床中应用于AIDS诊疗时的思路和感悟。The theory of“expelling wood depression”originated from the Yellow Emperor′s Inner Canon,and“wood depression”refers to liver depression,including liver Qi depression,liver fire depression,liver blood depression,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndromes.“Expelling wood depression”refers to conforming to the nature of wood,that is,the ascending and descending nature of liver.Specific treatment methods include soothing liver and promoting Qi,clearing liver and purging fire,regulating Qi and removing blood stasis,and soothing liver and strengthening spleen.The pathological changes of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)are complex and diverse.Through research,it is found that wood depression runs through the whole process of occurrence and development of AIDS,and is closely related to AIDS.For example,AIDS patients are prone to form“wood depression”pathogenesis,and“wood depression”affects the incidence and prognosis of AIDS,suggesting that doctors should not forget“wood depression”to better guide the clinical treatment of AIDS.Therefore,the article discussed the connotation of“wood depression”,the correlation between“wood depression”and AIDS,and the application of“wood depression”in the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS,and summarized and deepened the thinking and understanding of“wood depression”in the clinical application of AIDS diagnosis and treatment.
