小儿肺炎常见病原体、中医证型分布特点与其关系研究

摘　　要：目的研究小儿肺炎常见病原体、中医证型分布特点与其关系。方法以2022年4月-2023年3月河南省中医院收治的120例肺炎患儿为研究对象,统计患儿发病年龄、季节及感染病原体分布情况、中医证型,分析不同发病年龄、季节小儿肺炎感染病原体分布情况,不同中医证型小儿肺炎感染病原体分布情况及小儿肺炎中医证型与发病年龄、季节的关系。结果细菌和肺炎支原体为各年龄段、各季节肺炎患儿主要感染病原菌;不同中医证型肺炎患儿主要感染病原菌种类包括细菌、病毒、肺炎支原体及混合感染;不同中医证型肺炎患儿发病年龄和发病季节均存在差异。结论小儿肺炎主要感染病原体为细菌,其次为肺炎支原体,中医证型与病原体分布及年龄、季节均具有密切关系。Objective To study the distribution characteristics and relationship of common pathogens and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of pneumonia in children.Methods Taking 120 children with pneumonia treated in Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to March 2023 as the research objects,the age of onset,season,distribution of infectious pathogens,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of the children were analyzed.The distribution of pathogens of infantile pneumonia with different traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of infantile pneumonia and age and season.Results Bacteria and mycoplasma pneumoniae are the main pathogens of pneumonia in children of all ages and seasons.The main pathogens of pneumonia in children with different TCM syndromes included bacteria,viruses,mycoplasma pneumoniae and mixed infections.There were differences in the onset age and season of pneumonia in children with different TCM syndromes.Conclusion The main pathogen of infantile pneumonia is bacteria,followed by mycoplasma pneumoniae.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type is closely related to the distribution,age and season of the pathogens.
