益气升阳复元汤对轻度子宫脱垂磁刺激治疗患者临床疗效及盆底肌力的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气升阳复元汤对轻度子宫脱垂磁刺激治疗患者临床疗效及盆底肌力的影响。方法将该院2020年2月-2022年6月收治的260例轻度子宫脱垂患者根据简单随机法分为两组。磁刺激组给予磁刺激治疗,联合组在磁刺激治疗基础上给予益气升阳复元汤治疗。比较两组总有效率及1、2类肌纤维的肌力强度≥3级比例,评估两组中医症状评分、生活质量量表(short from health survey,SF-36)评分、子宫脱垂C点距离的差异,统计两组12个月内复发情况。结果联合组总有效率为93.85%(122/130)高于磁刺激组的85.38%(111/130),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与该组治疗前比,两组治疗后子宫下移、劳则加剧、小腹坠胀、腰腹酸痛、面色少华、神疲乏力、小便频数、带下增多评分均降低,联合组较磁刺激组更低(P<0.05)。与该组治疗前比,两组治疗后SF-36评分均升高,联合组除躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力3项评分外其他评分均较磁刺激组更低(P<0.05)。以C点为参照点,与该组治疗前比,两组治疗后子宫脱垂C点距离均升高,联合组较磁刺激组更高(P<0.05)。与该组治疗前比,两组治疗后1、2类肌纤维的肌力强度≥3级比例均升高,联合组较磁刺激组更高(P<0.05)。联合组复发率为6.92%(111/130)低于磁刺激组的18.46%(122/130),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气升阳复元汤可改善轻度子宫脱垂磁刺激治疗患者的子宫脱垂程度,减轻症状,提高盆底肌力,降低复发率。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Shengyang Fuyuan Decoction(益气升阳复元汤)on the clinical efficacy and pelvic floor muscle strength of patients with mild uterine prolapse treated with magnetic stimulation.Methods Two hundred and sixty patients with mild uterine prolapse admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to June 2022 were divided into two groups according to simple random method.The magnetic stimulation group was given magnetic stimulation therapy,and the combined group was given Yiqi Shengyang Fuyuan Decoction on the basis of magnetic stimulation therapy.The total effective rate and the ratio of muscle strength≥grade 3 of class I and II muscle fibers between the two groups were compared,and the differences in TCM symptom scores,the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score and C-point distance of uterine prolapse between the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 93.85%(122/130),which was higher than that(85.38%,111/130)of the magnetic stimulation group with statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with those of the two groups before treatment,the scores of uterine prolapse,increased fatigue,lower abdominal heaviness,lower back pain,pale complexion,fatigue,frequent urination and increased vaginal discharge after treatment were decreased in the two groups,and the scores of the combined group were lower than those of the magnetic stimulation group(P<0.05).Compared with those of the two groups before treatment,the SF-36 scores of both groups were higher after treatment,and the scores of the combined group were lower than those of the magnetic stimulation group except for the three scores of physical pain,general health and vitality(P<0.05).Using point C as the reference point,compared with that before treatment,the C point distance of uterine prolapse in both groups was higher after treatment,and the distance of the combined group was higher than that of the magnetic stimulation group(P<0.05).Compared with that of the two groups before treat
