补肾调经汤联合温针灸在多囊卵巢综合征中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析补肾调经汤联合温针灸在多囊卵巢综合征中的应用效果。方法选取89例铜陵市中医医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者,分为对照组(44例)和研究组(45例),分组方法为随机数字表法,选例时间设置在2021年1月-2022年12月。对照组采用来曲唑治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用补肾调经汤联合温针灸治疗,两组治疗3个月经周期,并随访2个月。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、月经恢复率、排卵率、妊娠率,治疗前后中医证候积分、内膜厚度、子宫及卵巢体积、血清卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、LH/FSH、雌二醇(estradiol,E 2)、催乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率、月经恢复率、排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组;两组中医证候各项积分、卵巢体积、血清LH、FSH、PRL、LH/FSH水平降低(治疗后与治疗前比较),研究组更低(两组间治疗后相比);治疗后与治疗前比较,两组内膜厚度、子宫体积、血清E 2水平升高,两组间治疗后相比,研究组更高(均P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者应用补肾调经汤联合温针灸治疗,可有助于提高临床疗效,缓解其临床症状,改善内膜厚度、子宫及卵巢体积,调节血清学指标(LH、FSH、PRL、LH/FSH、E 2)水平表达,提高月经恢复率、排卵率、妊娠率。Objective To analyze the application effect of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction(补肾调经汤)combined with warm acupuncture in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Eighty-nine patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Tongling Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into the control group(44 cases)and the research group(45 cases).The grouping method was random number table method,and the time of case selection was set from January 2021 to December 2022.The control group was treated with letrozole,and the research group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing Decoction combined with warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles and followed up for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,menstrual recovery rate,ovulation rate,pregnancy rateafter treatment,TCM syndrome scores,intima thickness,uterine and ovarian volume,the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),LH/FSH,estradiol(E 2)and prolactin(PRL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,menstrual recovery rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the research group were higher than those in the control group.After treatment,compared with those before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,ovarian volume,the levels of serum LH,FSH,PRL and LH/FSHof the two groups decreased,and thelevels of the research group werelower than those of the control group.After treatment,compared with those before treatment,the endometrial thickness,uterine volume and serum E 2 levelof the two groups increased,and the endometrial thickness,uterine volume and serumE 2 level of the research group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tiaojing Decoction combined with warm acupuncture can improve the clinical efficacy,relieve its clinical symptoms,improve the thickness of endometrium,the volume of uterus and ovary,regulate the expressions of serological indicators(LH,FSH,LH/FSH,E 2,PRL),and improve
