平动汤治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍对患儿临床症状的改善评价

摘　　要：目的分析平动汤治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍对患儿临床症状的改善作用。方法选取136例南阳市第二人民医院收治的注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿,分为对照组(68例)和研究组(68例),分组方法为随机数字表法,选例时间设置在2020年1月-2023年1月。对照组采用盐酸哌甲酯、生物反馈治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用平动汤治疗,两组连续治疗2个月。比较两组治疗后临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应,治疗前后中医证候改善情况、疾病相关血液指标、疾病相关评分。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组;治疗后与治疗前比较,两组中医证候各项积分、血清胃泌素(serum gastrin,GAS)、促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic hormone,ACTH)水平、康纳儿童行为量表(父母)积分、注意缺陷多动障碍量表(swanson nolanand pelham-I scales,SNAP-IV)评分、康纳父母评定量表评分降低,两组间治疗后相比,研究组更低;两组血清胃动素(motilin,MTL)、皮质醇(cortisol,CORT)、去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)、血浆生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)水平升高,两组间治疗后相比,研究组水平更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平动汤治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍有助于缓解患儿的临床症状,调节疾病相关血液指标水平,提高临床疗效,且安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of Pingdong Decoction(平动汤)on improving the clinical symptoms of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 136 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder admitted to the Nanyang Second People′s Hospital were selected and divided into the control group(68 cases)and the research group(68 cases).The grouping method was random number table method,and the selection time was set from January 2020 to January 2023.The control group was treated with methylphenidate hydrochloride and biofeedback,while the research group was treated with Pingdong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groupswere treated continuously for 2 months.The clinical efficacy after treatmentand the adverse reactions during treatment,the improvement of TCM syndromes,disease-related blood indexes and disease-related scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,compared with those before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,the levels of serum gastrin(GAS)and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),Conners children′s behavior scale(parents′score),swanson nolanand pelham-I scales(SNAP-IV)and Conners parents′rating scale of the two groups decreased,and thescores and levels of the research group werelower than those of the control group.The levels of serum motilin(MTL),cortisol(CORT),norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA)and plasma growth hormone releasing peptide(ghrelin)of the two groups increased,and thelevels of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder with Pingdong Decoction is helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms of children,adjust the levels of disease-related blood indexes,improve the clinical efficacy,and has high safety.
