摘　　要：目的应用代谢组学观察针刺单穴与腧穴配伍干预胃轻瘫大鼠相关的效应差异。方法构建原发性胃轻瘫大鼠动物模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、单穴组和配穴组,单穴组造模后针刺中脘穴,配穴组造模后针刺内关穴、中脘穴、足三里穴,检测大鼠脂肪酸等代谢物,应用代谢组学观察各组大鼠效应差异。结果针刺治疗之后单穴组和配穴组花生组四烯酸表达量均高于空白对照组(P<0.05),模型对照组表达量低于空白对照组(P<0.05);在γ-亚麻酸的调节上,配穴组治疗效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗效果可能是通过调节机体代谢产物的炎症反应达到的治疗效果。Objective To observe the differences in the effects of acupuncture at single acupoints and acupoint combinations on rats with gastroparesis by using metabolomics.Methods The rat model of primary gastroparesis was established and randomly divided into blank group,model group,single acupoint group and acupoint combination group.The rats in the single acupoint group were given acupuncture at Zhongwan(RN21).The rats in the acupoint combination group were given acupuncture at Neiguan(PC6),Zhongwan(RN21)and Zusanli(ST36)and metabolites such as fatty acids were detected,and the differences of effects among the rats were observed by metabonomics.Results After acupuncture treatment,the expression of arachidonic acid was higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05),and that in the model control group was lower than that in the blank group(P<0.05).In the regulation ofγ-linolenic acid,the therapeutic effect of acupoint combination group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture may be achieved by regulating the inflammatory response of body metabolites.
