摘 要:外泌体作为细胞间通讯的介质,近年来受到广泛的关注。尤其是外泌体携带miRNA能够调控各种疾病的发生发展,包括女性不孕性生殖疾病,有望成为多种疾病早期诊断治疗、预后的新生物标志物。此外,研究发现外泌体及其miRNA广泛参与了药物治疗过程。中医药在治疗女性多种生殖疾病中均有较好的疗效,但由于中药治疗作用多靶点、多环节、多通路的特点,直接的信号通路研究已经不能解释药物作用的具体机制,研究发现外泌体及miRNA作为间接桥梁,可能是中药作用机制研究的有效物质。因此,该文旨在通过总结外泌体miRNA对女性生殖疾病的调控作用及外泌体miRNA在中药干预作用机制中的研究,为女性生殖疾病诊疗和中医药作用机制的研究提供新的思路和文献依据。Exosomes,as mediators,have recently received much attention for intercellular communication.In particular,exosome carrying miRNA can regulate the development of various diseases,including female infertile reproductive diseases,which is expected to become a new biomarker for early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of many diseases.Moreover,the exosomes and their miRNA were found to be widely involved in the drug treatment process.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown good therapeutic effects in treating various reproductive diseases in women.However,due to the multi-target,multi link and multi pathway characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,direct signal pathway research cannot explain the specific mechanism of drug action.Studies have found that extracellular vesicles and miRNAs,as intermediate bridges,may be effective substances for studying the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine action.Therefore,this paper aimed to summarize the regulatory effect of exosomal miRNA on the mechanism of female reproductive diseases and the mechanism of exosomal miRNA in TCM intervention,and to provide new ideas and literature basis for the diagnosis and treatment of female reproductive diseases and the mechanism of TCM.
