摘　　要：慢性颈肩腰腿痛是临床常见的筋伤疾患,其中尤以颈椎病,肩周炎、网球肘、腰椎间盘突出症,腰肌劳损、膝关节退行性滑膜炎居多,点穴推拿治疗此类疾病遵循传统经络腧穴理论,远端选穴和局部选穴相结合,且点穴手法多配以其他中医外治法共同奏效。该研究检索近5年相关文献,进行归纳综述,以飨读者。Chronic pain of neck,shoulder,waist and leg was a common disease of tendon injury diseases in clinical practice,especially cervical spondylosis,shoulder periarthritis,tennis elbow,lumbar disc herniation,lumbar muscle strain and degenerative synovitis of the knee joint.The acupoint-pressing and Tuina therapy of such diseases followed the traditional meridian theory,which selected remote acupoint selection and local acupoint.Combined with other traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,it has more satisfactory effect.In this study,the relevant literature in the past five years was retrieved and summarized for readers.
