摘　　要：支气管哮喘是儿童时期一种常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,其发病机制十分复杂,目前认为主要与免疫、神经、精神、内分泌因素、遗传学背景和神经信号通路密切相关。西医常采用激素治疗,不良反应多,且病情易反复,严重影响患儿的生活质量。中医药在辨证论治基础上,采用中药内治结合针灸、小儿推拿、穴位贴敷及其他外治疗法,在该领域取得显著疗效。哮喘应责之于伏痰,肺、脾、肾三脏亏虚,宿痰伏肺,感受外邪后引动伏痰,阻塞气机而发病。治疗上应遵循“未发时以扶正气为主,既发以攻邪气为急”的治疗大法,分期论治。在常规中医内治的基础上联合中医外治疗法,内外合治,协同增效。该文总结中药内治、针灸推拿等疗法,旨在为临床防治儿童支气管哮喘提供参考,探究中医药治疗该病的临床应用价值。Bronchial asthmais a common chronic respiratory disease in childhood,and its pathogenesis is very complex.It is currently believed to be closely related to immune,neurological,psychological and endocrine factors,genetic background,and neural signaling pathways.Western medicine often uses hormone therapy,which has many adverse reactions and is prone to recurrence,seriously affecting the quality of life of children.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has achieved remarkable effects in this field by combining internal treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion,infantile Tuina,acupoint application and other external treatment.Asthma is attributed to the deficiency oflung,spleenand kidneydue to the accumulation of phlegm inlung.When attacking by external pathogens,it triggers the accumulation of phlegm and blocks the Qi movement,leading to the onset of the disease.In terms of treatment,the main approach should be to support the healthy Qi before it occurs,and to attack the evil Qi as soon as it occurs.The treatment should be carried out in stages.On the basis of conventional TCM internal treatment,combined with TCM external treatment therapy to enhance the effect.This article summarized the internal treatment of TCM,acupuncture and moxibustion and Tuina,aiming to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment ofbronchial asthma in children and explore the clinical application value of TCM in the treatment of this disease.
