骨诱导磷酸钙生物陶瓷在指骨内表皮样囊肿中的临床应用效果研究

摘  要:目的在指骨内表皮样囊肿的临床治疗中,采用骨诱导磷酸钙生物陶瓷作为新型植骨材料,研究其临床效果。方法选取15例指骨内表皮样囊肿患者作为研究对象,均在予以手术病灶刮除后使用骨诱导磷酸钙生物陶瓷作为植骨材料,观察治疗效果。结果术后随访时间为6~15个月,平均10.4个月,15例病例均达Ⅰ期甲级愈合,表皮样囊肿无复发及恶变发生。术后随访的X线片显示指骨术后愈合良好,骨诱导磷酸钙生物陶瓷完全与自体骨质融合,临床达骨性愈合,无延迟愈合或不愈合的情况发生,未再次出现病理性骨折,未发现有炎性反应、过敏反应以及排斥反应等不良反应的发生。术后手功能根据中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优12例,良2例,可1例,优良率为93.3%。结论骨诱导磷酸钙生物陶瓷作为新型植骨材料,既具有骨传导性,又具有安全的骨诱导性,在治疗手部指骨内表皮样囊肿时方法可行,安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of osteoinductive calcium phosphate bioceramics,as a novel bone grafting material,in the treatment of epidermal cysts in the phalanges.Methods 15 patients with epidermal cysts in the phalanges were selected as the research subjects.After surgical lesion scraping,osteoinductive calcium phosphate bioceramics were used as bone grafting materials,and the therapeutic effects were observed.Results The postoperative follow-up time was 6-15 months,with an average of 10.4 months,and all 15 cases achieved stageⅠ-A healing,with no recurrence or malignancy of epidermoid cysts.Postoperative X-rays showed that the phalanges healed well after surgery,and the osteoinductive calcium phosphate bioceramics completely fused with the autogenous bone,and the clinical healing reached bony healing without delayed healing or non-healing,reoccurrence of pathologic fracture and any adverse complications such as occurrence of inflammatory,allergic,and rejection reactions.The postoperative hand function was evaluated according to the trial standard of partial function evaluation of the upper limb of the Society for Surgery of the Hand of the Chinese Medical Association:12 cases were excellent,2 cases were good,and 1 case was possible,with an excellent rate of 93.3%.Conclusion Osteoinductive calcium phosphate bioceramics,as a novel bone grafting material,have both bone conductivity and safe osteoinduction.The method is feasible,safe,and effective in the treatment of epidermal cysts in the phalanges of the hand.
