臀裂处创面使用藻酸盐敷料结合透明敷料的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究臀裂处创面使用藻酸盐敷料结合透明敷料的临床效果。方法94例臀裂患者,根据臀裂伤口护理方案的不同分为生长因子组(47例)和藻酸盐组(47例)。生长因子组使用生长因子和普通纱块覆盖创面,藻酸盐组使用藻酸盐敷料和透明敷料覆盖创面。比较两组患者的治疗效果、臀裂处创面面积、2周内的换药次数、换药时长、创面愈合时长、满意度。结果藻酸盐组患者的总有效率93.62%明显高于生长因子组的76.60%,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。两组患者在不同时间点测量的臀裂处创面面积存在显著差异(P_(时间)<0.05),时间与组别上不存在交互作用(P_(交互)>0.05)。不同敷料对患者臀裂创面面积变化存在显著差异(P_(组间)<0.05),藻酸盐组治疗1周后及治疗2周后的臀裂创面面积均明显小于生长因子组,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。藻酸盐组患者2周内的换药次数(9.43±4.37)次少于生长因子组的(18.14±2.36)次,换药时长(3.96±2.15)min/次、创面愈合时长(15.71±3.92)d短于生长因子组的(6.34±2.57)min/次、(24.54±2.74)d,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。藻酸盐组的满意度明显97.87%高于生长因子组的80.85%,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论藻酸盐敷料和透明敷料结合治疗能够促进臀裂患者伤口愈合,减少换药次数及患者的痛苦,治疗效果显著,具有一定推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of alginate dressing combined with transparent dressing on the wound of gluteal cleft.Methods 94 patients with gluteal cleft were divided into growth factor group(47 cases)and alginate group(47 cases)according to different nursing plans for gluteal cleft.The growth factor group used growth factor and ordinary gauze to cover the wound,and the alginate group used alginate dressing and transparent dressing to cover the wound.Comparison of therapeutic effect,wound area of gluteal cleft,number of dressing changes within 2 weeks,duration of dressing changes,duration of wound healing,and satisfaction between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 93.62% in alginate group was significantly higher than 76.60% in growth factor group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the wound area of gluteal cleft between the two groups at different time points(P_(time)<0.05),and no interaction between time and group(P_(interaction)>0.05).There were significant differences in wound area of gluteal cleft among different dressings(P_(inter group)<0.05).The wound area of gluteal cleft in alginate group after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment was significantly smaller than that in growth factor group(P<0.05).The number of dressing changes within 2 weeks was(9.43±4.37)in the alginate group,which was less than(18.14±2.36)in the growth factor group;the duration of dressing change and wound healing were(3.96±2.15)min/time and(15.71±3.92)d in the alginate group,which were shorter than(6.34±2.57)min/time and(24.54±2.74)d in the growth factor group;there were significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of 97.87% in the alginate group was higher than 80.85% in the growth factor group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of alginate dressing and transparent dressing can promote wound healing in patients with gluteal cleft,reduce the number of dressing changes and the pain of patients,the treatment effect is significant,and has certain promotio
