米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤联合桂枝茯苓丸对异位妊娠患者血清激素水平和相关生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮+甲氨蝶呤+桂枝茯苓丸治疗异位妊娠(EP)的效果。方法选取EP患者86例,随机分为对照组(43例,给予米非司酮+甲氨蝶呤治疗)和观察组(43例,给予米非司酮+甲氨蝶呤+桂枝茯苓丸联合治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、凝血四项[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]、血清激素[血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)]水平、肝功能[谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)]及血白细胞计数(WBC)水平。结果观察组临床总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(81.40%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组APTT(29.21±2.38)s、TT(14.87±0.94)s、PT(12.56±2.24)s短于对照组的(30.54±2.41)、(16.11±1.86)、(13.88±2.18)s,FIB(3.91±1.25)g/L低于对照组的(3.14±1.11)g/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血β-HCG(3.25±1.14)U/L低于对照组的(6.32±1.44)U/L(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组组间AST、ALT、血WBC对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论采用桂枝茯苓丸+米非司酮+甲氨蝶呤联合治疗EP,能够有效改善血清激素水平与相关生化指标,显著改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone and methotrexate combined with Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 86 patients with EP were randomly divided into control group(43 cases,mifepristone+methotrexate)and observation group(43 cases,mifepristone+methotrexate+Guizhe Fuling pill).Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,four items of blood coagulation[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),liver function[aspartate transaminase(AST)and alanine aminotrasferase(ALT)]and blood white blood cell count(WBC)level.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(81.40%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had APTT of(29.21±2.38)s,TT of(14.87±0.94)s and PT of(12.56±2.24)s,which were shorter than(30.54±2.41),(16.11±1.86)and(13.88±2.18)s in the control group;the observation group had lower FIB of(3.91±1.25)g/L than(3.14±1.11)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood β-HCG of(3.25±1.14)U/L in the observation group was lower than(6.32±1.44)U/L in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in AST,ALT and blood WBC between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Guizhi Fuling pill+mifepristone+methotrexate in the treatment of EP can effectively improve serum hormone levels and related biochemical indicators,significantly improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the clinical efficacy.
