天麻钩藤饮与卡托普利联合治疗肾性高血压的研究概述

摘　　要：肾性高血压指肾实质病变和肾血管病变所引起的高血压,是继发性高血压中最常见的一种。肾性高血压病情严重时可引起肾功能进行性减退,最终发展成尿毒症,导致患者死亡。天麻钩藤饮是临床上常见的治疗高血压的中药复方,卡托普利是广泛用于治疗高血压的西药,但对肾性高血压的应用研究报道较少,因此探索天麻钩藤饮与卡托普利联合用药对肾性高血压的治疗具有积极意义。本文从中西医联合治疗的角度去探讨上述两种药物联合治疗肾性高血压的相关研究,为临床治疗提供参考。Renal hypertension refers to hypertension caused by renal parenchymal lesions and renal vascular lesions,which is the most common type of secondary hypertension.It can cause progressive decline in renal function,ultimately leading to uremia and causing death when the condition is severe.Tianma Gouteng Yin and captopril are common traditional Chinese medicine formulas and Western medicine for treating hypertension in clinical practice,respectively.However,there are few reports on their application in renal hypertension.Therefore,exploring the combination of Tianma Gouteng Yin and captopril has positive significance for the treatment of renal hypertension.This article explores the relevant research on the combined use of these two drugs in the treatment of renal hypertension from the perspective of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,providing reference for clinical treatment.
