摘　　要：目的探究中医鼻病序贯疗法外治法对腺样体肥大患儿的临床疗效及对患者中耳功能异常的影响。方法选择某院就诊腺样体肥大患儿72例,随机分为对照组与观察组,分别给予常规西药治疗与中医鼻病序贯疗法外治法,观察两组治疗3个月后中医证侯积分、中耳功能(纯音听阈、声导抗、咽鼓管咽口检查)变化。结果治疗后,对照组与观察组中医证候积分分别为(4.36±1.57)分、(3.14±1.90)分,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均听阈值治疗后低于对照组,声导抗鼓室压高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后鼓膜异常率、咽鼓管咽口异常率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医鼻病序贯疗法外治法可帮助腺样体肥大患儿更好地改善临床症状和中耳功能。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM rhinopathy sequential therapy external treatment and its effect on abnormal middle ear function in children with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods Seventy-two children with adenoid hypertrophy in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,receiving conventional western medicine treatment and TCM rhinopathy sequential therapy external treatment respectively,and observed the changes of TCM symptom score and middle ear function(pure sound listening threshold,acoustic immitance,ostium pharyngeum tubae auditivae examination)after 3 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the control group and the observation group were(4.36±1.57)and(3.14±1.90)respectively,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the average listening threshold of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the acoustic immitance chamber pressure was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the abnormal rate of tympanic membrane and pharyngeum tubae auditivae in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM rhinopathy sequential therapy external treatment can help children with adenoid hypertrophy to improve their clinical symptoms and middle ear function.
