芳香化酶抑制剂治疗骨龄超前矮身材儿童的研究进展

摘　　要：芳香化酶抑制剂(AIs)能特异性地抑制芳香化酶活性,阻断芳构化反应,抑制雄激素向雌激素的转化,降低血液中雌激素水平,其在乳腺癌、男性乳房发育、先天性肾上腺增生等疾病治疗中都有广泛应用。AIs能够通过抑制雌激素的生物合成过程,对骨骼的分化产生调节作用,延缓骨骼成熟,为延缓骨龄进展、延长生长时间窗提供了新的治疗思路,对于改善身高具有积极作用。本文就AIs在骨龄超前矮身材儿童中的临床应用情况进行阐述,为其临床合理用药提供参考。Aromatase Inhibitors(AIs)can specifically inhibit aromatase activity,block aromatization reactions,inhibit the conversion of androgens to estrogens,and reduce the level of estrogens in the blood,and they are widely used in the treatment of breast cancer,gynecomastia,and congenital adrenal hyperplasia.AIs are able to inhibit the biosynthesis process of estrogen,exert a regulatory effect on bone differentiation,and delay bone maturation.The action of AIs provides a new therapeutic idea for delaying bone age progression and prolonging the growth time window,which has a positive effect on improving height.In this paper,we describe the clinical application of AIs in children with short stature with advanced bone age to provide reference for their rational clinical use.
