摘  要:江苏某市经济开发区工业污水处理厂设计规模5万m3/d,主要处理精细化工废水。针对废水来源广、水质水量复杂的特点,设置了多组缓冲池、调节池及应急水池来降低进水对处理系统的冲击。根据其进水水质特点及出水标准要求,该工程污水预处理系统采用“高效沉淀池+V型滤池+活性炭滤池”工艺,主处理系统采用“A/O生化系统+高效沉淀池+V型滤池+臭氧接触池+脱碳生物滤池”工艺。文章介绍了工程概况、工艺选择、各工艺单体的设计参数和设备配置,并对实际运行效果进行了分析。The industrial wastewater treatment plant in an economic development zone of Jiangsu Province has a designed capacity of 50000 m3/d,mainly treating fine chemical wastewater.In response to the characteristics of wide sources of wastewater and complex water quality and quantity,multiple sets of buffer tanks,regulating tanks,and emergency water tanks have been set up to reduce the impact of incoming water on the treatment system.According to the characteristics of the incoming water quality and the requirements of the effluent standards,the pretreatment system of this project adopts the process of"high-efficiency sedimentation tank+V-shaped filter+activated carbon filter",and the main treatment system adopts the process of"A/O biochemical system+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+V-shaped filter+ozone contact tank+decarbonization biological filter".This paper introduces the project overview,process selection,design parameters,and equipment configuration of each process unit,and analyzes the actual operating effects.
