摘　　要：某纺织产业园污水厂设计规模近期为3万m^(3)/d,远期为9万m^(3)/d,设计出水水质为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。采用活性焦吸附耦合塘表湿地工艺处理污水厂尾水,出水主要指标稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)准Ⅳ类水标准后回用于产业园生产用水,实现园区废水零排放。介绍了工程的工艺流程、设计参数和设计特点,运行结果表明,出水主要指标稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅳ类水标准,实现了较好的环境、生态、经济和社会效益,可为纺织产业园废水零排放和资源化回用提供参考。This study presents the design of a wastewater treatment plant for a textile industrial park,with a capacity of 30000 m^(3)/d initially and 90000 m^(3)/d in the long term.The effluent meets the Class A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002)and is treated using a combination of activated coke adsorption and surface wetland technology.The system ensures that key discharge parameters consistently achieve the Class IV water quality standard of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002),facilitating the reuse of water for industrial processes and promoting zero wastewater discharge.The engineering design,operational parameters,and performance outcomes are discussed,highlighting significant environmental,ecological,economic,and social benefits,thus providing a valuable reference for wastewater resource reuse in textile industrial parks.
