摘 要:为响应国家“双碳”号召,充分利用胶合木轻质、具有很高强重比的特点,将胶合木和钢管组合成钢木桁架,设计成大跨空间拱桁架结构。胶合木采用北美花旗松胶合木,强度等级为TCT28。钢管选用热轧无缝圆钢管,钢材采用强度为Q355B钢材。胶合木作为组合桁架的下弦,上弦及其余腹杆、斜向支撑采用钢管,环向木细杆和钢管提供桁架平面外稳定支撑。所有杆件采用梁单元模拟,并释放梁端约束,木构件分段的地方及柱脚均做成铰接点,所有钢管也一并采用铰接,木结构采用连接板连接,钢材焊接采用全熔透的坡口焊方式。通过对结构变形、构件应力、自振特性、钢构件验算的分析表明,各项指标均满足规范要求,且结构的整体抗扭刚度较好。对整体模型进行线性、非线性屈曲分析计算表明,结构整体稳定,安全系数满足规范要求,具有足够的安全储备。In response to the national"dual carbon"call,fully utilizing the lightweight and high-strength weight ratio characteristics of laminated wood,laminated wood and steel pipes are combined to form a steel wood truss,designed as a large-span spatial arch truss structure.The glued wood is made of North American Douglas fir glued wood,with a strength grade of TCT28.The steel pipe is a hot-rolled seamless round steel pipe,and the steel is Q355B steel with strength.The glued wood serves as the lower chord of the composite truss,while the upper chord and other web members,as well as diagonal supports,use steel pipes.The circumferential wood slender members and steel pipes provide stable support outside the truss plane.All members are simulated using beam elements,and beam end constraints are released.The segmented areas of wooden components and column bases are made into hinge joints,and all steel pipes are also hinged.The wooden structure is connected by connecting plates,and the steel welding is done using a fully penetrated groove welding method.The analysis of structural deformation,component stress,natural vibration characteristics,and steel component verification shows that all indicators meet the requirements of the specifications,and the overall torsional stiffness of the structure is good.The linear and nonlinear buckling analysis of the overall model shows that the overall stability safety factor of the structure meets the regulatory requirements and has sufficient safety reserves.
