摘 要:近年来,我国桥梁工程技术的发展正面临“以建为主”向“建养并举”转型时期,如何保障桥梁的安全性、耐久性和使用功能,是桥梁管养工作中的重点。桥梁支座作为桥梁结构中的关键支撑部件和重要传力装置,它能将桥梁上部结构承受的荷载和变形(位移和转角)可靠地传递给桥梁下部结构。随着桥梁服役年限增加、交通量增长及环境因素的影响,支座均会出现不同程度老化、磨耗及损坏等病害,支座无法正常滑动,可能会导致桥梁主体结构出现变形损坏、承载力减弱,甚至引发桥梁安全事故。桥梁支座的更换不仅能保证桥梁的结构稳定和安全运行,也提高了桥梁的使用寿命和使用效率。为此,文章以某跨江大桥主桥盆式支座更换施工为例,从桥梁支座更换施工全过程的监理质量控制要点进行了阐述和总结,为类似桥梁支座更换施工质量控制提供一定的借鉴和参考。In recent years,the development of bridge engineering technology in China is facing a period of transition from"construction-oriented"to"simultaneous construction and maintenance".Ensuring the safety,durability,and functional use of bridges is a key focus in bridge management and maintenance work.As a key supporting component and important force transmission device in bridge structures,bridge bearings can reliably transmit the loads and deformations(displacement and rotation)borne by the upper structure of the bridge to the lower structure of the bridge.As the service life of bridges increases,traffic volume grows,and environmental factors affect them,bearings will experience varying degrees of aging,wear,and damage.Bearings cannot slide normally,which may lead to deformation and damage to the main structure of the bridge,weakened bearing capacity,and even cause bridge safety accidents.The replacement of bridge bearings not only ensures the structural stability and safe operation of the bridge but also improves the service life and efficiency of the bridge.For this reason,the paper takes the replacement construction of the main bridge basin-type bearings of a cross river bridge as an example and elaborates and summarizes the key points of quality control in the supervision of the entire process of bridge bearing replacement construction,providing certain reference and guidance for the quality control of similar bridge bearing replacement construction.
