从心脾两虚、毒瘀痰结论治外感热病后心悸

摘　　要：本团队提出从心脾两虚、毒瘀痰结论治外感热病后心悸;认为心脾亏虚为病之本、外感毒邪为病之始、痰瘀化毒为病之渐、内外合毒为病之根。以调脾护心、除痰祛瘀为核心治法,健脾养心,调和阴阳,临床处以炙甘草汤合养心汤;清透邪毒,除痰祛瘀,临床处之以邓氏温胆汤加减;扶正祛邪,双心同调,临床处之以桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤加化痰祛瘀、解郁之品,临床疗效显著。Our team proposes treating post-exogenous febrile disease palpitations based on the theory of heart spleen deficiency and syndrome of phlegm-toxin-stasis intermingling.Heart-spleen deficiency is considered the root cause of the disease,exogenous toxic pathogen as the initial cause,phlegm stasis transforming into toxins as the progressive cause,and the combination of internal and external toxins as the fundamental cause.The core ther⁃apeutic principles include regulating the spleen to protect the heart and eliminating phlegm and stasis.For clinical treatment,Zhigancao Decoction combined with Yangxin Decoction is used for strengthening the spleen and nourish⁃ing the heart,harmonizing yin and yang;Modified Deng′s Wendan Decoction for clearing and penetrating toxic pathogens,eliminating phlegm,and removing stasis;Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction with additional herbs for resolving phlegm,removing stasis,and relieving depression is applied for supporting healthy qi and expelling pathogens,which could simultaneously regulate both hearts.These treatments have shown significant clinical efficacy.
