黄帝内针联合董氏奇穴治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察黄帝内针联合董氏奇穴治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法 将60例急性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组采用黄帝内针联合董氏奇穴治疗,对照组采用塞来昔布治疗。两组均治疗7 d。观察和记录两组患者治疗前和治疗后1、3、7 d的视觉模拟量表(VAS)疼痛评分、踝关节肿胀程度及踝关节美国足踝骨科协会量表(AOFAS)评分。结果 1个疗程后,两组患者VAS评分、踝关节肿胀程度及踝关节AOFAS评分均较治疗前明显改善(P <0.05),两组比较,观察组相比对照组改善更显著(P <0.05)。结论 黄帝内针联合董氏奇穴能有效改善急性踝关节扭伤患者的症状,减轻患踝的疼痛和肿胀,并有效恢复踝关节活动功能,促进患者早期康复。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating acute ankle sprain by Huangdi Neizhen com⁃bined with Dong′s extraordinary acupoints.Methods:60 patients with acute ankle sprain were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 30 cases.The observation group was treated with Huangdi Neizhen combined with Dong′s extraordinary acupoints,while the control group was treated with celecoxib.Both groups were treated for 7 days.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)pain scores,degree of ankle swelling,and American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)scores of the ankle joint were observed and recorded before treatment and at 1,3,and 7 days after treatment for both groups.Results:After one course of treatment,the VAS scores,degree of ankle swelling,and AOFAS scores of both groups showed significant improvement compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group demonstrated more significant improvements than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huangdi Neizhen and Dong′s extraordinary acupoints effectively alle⁃viates symptoms in patients with acute ankle sprain,reduces pain and swelling in the affected ankle,and efficiently restores the function of the ankle joint,which can promote early rehabilitation of the patients.
