腕踝针联合运动针法治疗肩周炎急性期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察腕踝针联合运动针法治疗肩周炎急性期的临床疗效。方法 将60例肩周炎急性期的患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组予常规针刺治疗,观察组予腕踝针联合运动针法治疗,每周治疗6次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、肩关节功能评分量表(CMS)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,评价两组临床疗效。结果 观察组显效率为70.00%,明显高于对照组的36.67%(P <0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分、CMS评分、血清TNF-α及IL-6水平均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 腕踝针联合运动针法能有效改善急性期肩周炎关节疼痛及活动受限,其疗效优于常规针刺。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with motion acu-puncture in treating acute scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:60 patients with acute scapulohumeral periar-thritis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 30 cases.The control group received conventional acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture com-bined with motion acupuncture.Both groups were treated for two courses.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,Con-stant-Murley Score(CMS)for shoulder joint function,and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups to evaluate clinical effi-cacy.Results:The markedly effective rate in the observation group was 70.00%,which was significantly higher than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores,CMS scores,and serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 showed significant improvement in both groups compared with before treatment,and the observa-tion group showed more significant improvements than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acu-puncture combined with motion acupuncture effectively alleviates joint pain and restricted movement in patients with acute scapulohumeral periarthritis,which demonstrates better efficacy compared with conventional acupuncture.
