犀角地黄汤联合VSD技术运用于广西竹叶青属毒蛇咬伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 评估犀角地黄汤联合负压封闭引流(VSD)技术运用于广西竹叶青属毒蛇咬伤的临床效果。方法 选取符合纳入标准患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组各30例。对照组运用常规治疗。治疗组除常规治疗外,加予犀角地黄汤联合VSD技术治疗。观察比较两组肢体肿胀程度、瘀斑出现情况以及凝血功能变化。结果 治疗后治疗组肢体肿胀程度、瘀斑出现情况明显少于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后治疗组凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)低于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 犀角地黄汤联合VSD技术运用于竹叶青蛇咬伤能有效控制肢体肿胀及瘀斑出现情况,同时明显改善凝血功能,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined with Vacum Seal-ing Drainage(VSD)technology in treating bites by Trimeresurus vipers in Guangxi.Methods:60 patients meet-ing the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number ta-ble method,30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the treatment group received additional therapy of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined with VSD technology on the basis of convention-al treatment.The degree of limb swelling,occurrence of ecchymosis,and changes in coagulation function were ob-served and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the degree of limb swelling and the occur-rence of ecchymosis in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),showing statistical differences between the groups.After treatment,the Prothrombin Time(PT),Thrombin Time(TT),and Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time(APTT)in the treatment group were lower than those in the con-trol group,while Fibrinogen(FIB)was higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined with VSD technology in treating bites by Trimeresurus vipers ef-fectively controls limb swelling and the appearance of ecchymosis,while significantly improving coagulation function,demonstrating remarkable clinical efficacy.
