钇-90树脂微球选择性内放射治疗肝细胞癌患者的临床护理

摘　　要：总结西南医科大学附属医院接受钇-90树脂微球选择性内放射治疗(Yttrium-90 resin microsphere selective internal radiation therapy,^(90)Y-SIRT)的8例肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)患者的围术期护理经验。护理要点:^(90)Y-SIRT术前成立护理小组,动态评估患者病情,充分做好宣教工作和术前准备;术中与医师紧密配合,做好辐射防护;术后严格落实辐射护理、输液管理、穿刺部位管理等各项护理措施,并进行出院安全指导。经过系统的评估、治疗和护理,8例患者均顺利接受手术并出院。术后6个月随访,患者康复良好。To summarize the perioperative nursing experiences of 8 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)who received Yttrium-90 resin microsphere selective internal radiation therapy(^(90)Y-SIRT)at the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University.Key nursing points:a nursing team should be established prior to the^(90)Y-SIRT procedure to dynamically assess the patient’s conditions and conduct preoperative education and preparation;during the procedure,nurses should closely coordinate with physicians and ensure radiation protection;after the procedure,strict implementation of radiation nursing,infusion management,puncture site management,and other nursing measures should be enforced,along with discharge safety guidance.After systematic assessment,treatment,and nursing care,all 8 patients successfully underwent the^(90)Y-SIRT and were discharged.During the 6-month follow-up,all 8 patients showed good recovery.
