摘　　要：目的:评价不同电针方案治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的镇痛效应。方法:2017年6月-2021年6月间于陕西省中医医院招募的90例PHN患者作为研究对象,随机分为电针组、电针+叩刺拔罐组和电针+铺棉灸组,各30例。3组均以10 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,每次治疗前记录前1 d视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,每次治疗后记录疼痛开始缓解时间和镇痛持续时间,并于第90天对患者再次进行VAS评分。结果:3组电针方案均具有疗效,且治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前,电针+扣刺拔罐组优于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组疼痛开始缓解时间随着针刺治疗次数的增加逐渐缩短,具有下降趋势,3组镇痛持续时间随着针刺治疗次数的增加逐渐延长具有上升趋势,且电针+叩刺拔罐组优于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3种电针方案比较,电针+叩刺拔罐可以更好、更快地镇痛,且维持时间更长。Objective:To evaluate the analgesic effects of different electro-acupuncture(EA)protocols in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:90 PHN patients were randomly divided into the EA group,the EA combined with tapping and cupping group,and the EA plus cotton moxibustion group,with 30 cases in each group.All three groups were treated for a total of 3 courses,with 10 days as one course.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score was recorded the day before,and after each treatment,the start time of pain relief and the duration of pain relief were recorded in the three groups.The patients were re-evaluated with VAS score on the 90th day.Results:All three groups of EA protocols had therapeutic effects,and the VAS score was lower after the treatment than that before the treatment in the three groups,in which the EA combined with tapping and cupping group was better than the other two groups(P<0.05).The time for pain relief in the three groups gradually shortened with the increase of acupuncture treatment times,the duration of pain relief in the three groups gradually prolonged with the increase of acupuncture treatment times,and the EA combined with tapping and cupping group was superior to the other two groups in terms of pain relief(P<0.05).Conclusion:A comparison of three EA protocols shows that EA combined with tapping and cupping provides better and faster pain relief,with a longer duration of effect.
