浅谈“气速至而速效”对针刺治疗面瘫的指导意义

摘　　要：“气速至而速效”出自《标幽赋》,对针灸临床实践有重要意义。面瘫的发病与面部经气不畅有关,通过针刺调畅面部气机可改善面部表情肌的瘫痪,提高临床疗效,减少面瘫后遗症的发生。临床针刺治疗面瘫时可通过尽早介入、重点择穴、病浅刺浅、手法轻柔及配合使用电针疗法来促进面部经气运行,加快得气速度,使“气速至而速效”,从而缩短病程,减少患者的身心损伤。The line of‘quick arrival of Qi and quick effect’is from Song to Elucidate Mysteries,which is of great significance to the clinical practice of acupuncture.The onset of facial paralysis is related to the lack of smoothness of facial meridian Qi,and regulating facial Qi through acupuncture can improve the paralysis of facial expression muscles,enhance clinical efficacy,and reduce the occurrence of facial paralysis sequelae.Clinical acupuncture treatment for facial paralysis could adopt early interventions,focusing on the selection of points,the shallow disease with shallow needling,gentle manipulations,and using electro-acupuncture to speed up arrival of Qi for quick effect,shorten disease course,and reduce physical and mental damage of patients.
