“开风路针”治疗喉风的特色探析

摘　　要：“开风路针”以其在“喉风”治疗中的祛风作用而得名,郑氏家藏本《咽喉总论》是现存最早明确记载“开风路针”的医籍,其后有清代方补德《喉风论》、新安郑氏代表作《重楼玉钥》和《重楼玉钥续编》等著作详细阐述了“开风路针”,均强调该针法在喉风治疗中的重要作用。本研究通过梳理这4本医籍涉及“开风路针”的选穴和操作,归纳选穴异同并分析应用特色,发现“开风路针”取穴以督脉穴最多,善用远近配穴法与表里经配穴法,重视以井穴为主的五输穴,强调顺应病情发展及时调整选穴。Open-wind-way-acupuncture is named for its wind-dispelling effect in treatment of throat-wind.Zheng's family collection,Yan Hou Zong Lun is the earliest existing medical book that clearly recorded the open-wind-way-acupuncture.Later,FANG Bude's Hou Feng Lun,Xin'an Zheng's works of Chong Lou Yu Yao and Chong Lou Yu Yao Xu Bian and other works in Qing Dynasty elaborated the open-wind-way-acupuncture,emphasizing the important role of this acupuncture manipulation in treatment of throat-wind.This study,by combing the points selection and operation of open-wind-way-acupuncture involved in these four medical books,summarizes the similarities and differences of points selection and analyzes the application characteristics.It is found that the points selection of open-wind-way-acupuncture is mostly based on the acupoints of Du meridian,making good use of the distal-proximal points combination and exterior-interior points combination,paying attention to the Jing-well points of five-Shu points,and emphasizes the timely adjustment of the selection points in accordance with the development of the disease.
