摘　　要：卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)是脑卒中患者的严重并发症之一。核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)/半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1(Caspase-1)通路为经典细胞焦亡通路,激活时可释放大量炎症因子,加重炎症反应,与SAP病理变化过程密切相关。已有研究证实针刺辅助治疗SAP效果显著,可调控SAP病理过程中发生的焦亡现象,本研究深入探讨针刺调控NLRP3/Caspase-1通路治疗SAP的机制,为针刺有效治疗SAP提供理论依据,推进针刺在临床中的合理应用。Stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP)is one of the severe complications in stroke patients.The nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)/cysteinyl aspartate proteolytic enzyme 1(Caspase-1)pathway is a classical pathway for cellular pyroptosis,which can release a large number of inflammatory factors upon activation,aggravating the inflammatory response and closely related to the pathological changes of SAP.Previous studies have confirmed that acupuncture is significantly effective in the treatment of SAP and can regulate the pyroptosis phenomenon occurring during the pathological process of SAP.This study delves into the mechanism of acupuncture regulating the NLRP3/Caspase-1 pathway in treating SAP,providing a theoretical basis for the effective treatment of SAP with acupuncture and promoting the rational application of acupuncture in clinical practice.
