民众动员在胶东抗日根据地的实践与当代价值研究

摘　　要：抗日战争爆发后,在极端困难条件下,中国共产党人号召全国人民团结御侮、共同抗敌,充分发挥自身在民众动员方面的特点和优势,建立和巩固了抗日民族统一战线,成为抗战取得全面胜利的重要保证。胶东抗日根据地在中国共产党的领导下,通过政治动员、经济动员、军事动员和文化动员等方式和手段,将“一盘散沙”的广大民众凝聚成坚不可摧的“铜墙铁壁”,为抗战胜利夯实了群众基础。全面总结抗战时期中国共产党在胶东地区的民众动员工作经验,对于新时代充分调动人民群众积极性,积极投身中国式现代化建设事业具有重要的借鉴意义。Following the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Communist Party of China(CPC),under extremely challenging conditions,called on the entire nation to unite in resisting the invaders.By leveraging its unique strengths and expertise in mass mobilization,the CPC established and consolidated the Anti-Japanese Democratic United Front,which served as a critical foundation for securing ultimate victory in the war.Under the leadership of the CPC,the Jiaodong anti-Japanese base area implemented strategies such as political mobilization,economic mobilization,military mobilization and cultural mobilization to transform a fragmented populace into an unyielding "iron wall",thereby solidifying the grassroots foundation for the war effort.A comprehensive review of the CPC's mass mobilization practices in Jiaodong during the wartime period offers valuable insights for the contemporary era,particularly in inspiring the active participation of the people in the construction of Chinese way to modernization.
