摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探析新质生产力赋能体育服务业高质量发展的价值、困境,并提出路径。价值:动力实现新突破,质量进阶新范式,效率跃升新维度。困境:人才培养体系滞后,无法满足多元岗位需求;数据治理架构薄弱,无法保障数据有序流通;数字底座支撑不足,无法契合数实融合要求。路径:完善人才培养体系,打造新型劳动者队伍;强化数据治理架构,推动数据劳动对象价值释放;夯实数字底座支撑,提高劳动资料数字技术含量。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the value and dilemma of the high-quality development of sports service industry enabled by new quality productivity,and put forward the path.Value:Motive force achieves new breakthroughs,quality advances a new paradigm,and efficiency jumps to a new dimension.Dilemma:The personnel training system lags behind and cannot meet the needs of diverse positions;The data governance architecture is weak and cannot ensure the orderly flow of data;The digital base support is insufficient and cannot meet the requirements of digital and real economic integration.Path:We should improve the personnel training system to build a new type of workforce;strengthen the data governance architecture to promote the value release of data labor objects;and consolidate the digital base support to improve the digital technology content of labor data.
