107杨次生木质部主要解剖结构与其渗透性关系研究

摘  要:以10 a龄107杨(Populus×euramericana cv.“74/76”)为对象,逐一观测并分析了不同生长轮处的次生木质部在径向方向上导管直径、分布密度、木纤维直径和组织比量等解剖结构的变化,测定了空气、水、硅溶胶等流体在径向方向上次生木质部的纵向渗透性,初步探究了不同生长轮107杨次生木质部中主要组织解剖结构与其渗透性之间的关联。结果表明:(1)在径向上,导管径向直径和弦向直径、分布密度、导管比量、木射线比量的变化,与空气在次生木质部中的渗透性均呈先增大、后减小趋势,在第4年轮处达最大值;木纤维直径的变化,与水和硅溶胶在次生木质部中的渗透性由第3年轮开始呈下降趋势,其解剖特征与其渗透性呈显著相关。(2)次生木质部中主要解剖结构的变化与流体渗透性变量最相关性关系为木纤维弦向直径与其空气渗透性,导管分布密度与其水渗透性,木纤维弦向直径与其硅溶胶渗透性。(3)随着生长轮龄的增加,穿孔板数逐渐减少,纹孔开放程度和数量逐渐减小。(4)次生木质部主要渗透路径为导管和纹孔。To study the relationship between the main anatomical structure and permeability of secondary xylem of Populus×euramericana cv.“74/76”,the 10-year-old populus was taken as the research object to analyze the anatomical structure changes of secondary xylem at different cambial age in radial direction,such as vessel diameter,vessel density,wood fiber diameter and proportion ratio,and the longitudinal permeability of secondary xylem in radial direction of air,water,silica sol and other fluids were measured.The results showed that:(1)In the radial direction,the changes of radial diameter and tangential diameter of vessel,vessel density,proportion of vessel and wood rays increased first and then decreased with the permeability of air in the secondary xylem,reaching the maximum value at the fourth cambial age;The permeability of water and silica sol in secondary xylem decreased with the change of wood fiber diameter from the third cambial age,and the anatomic characteristics were significantly correlated with the permeability.(2)The main anatomical structure changes in secondary xylem were most correlated with the fluid permeability variables as follows:wood fiber tangential diameter and air permeability,vessel density and water permeability,wood fiber tangential diameter change and silica sol permeability;(3)With the increase of cambial age,the number of perforated plates gradually decreased,and the opening degree and number of pits gradually decreased;(4)The main permeable paths of secondary xylem were vessel and pitting.
